Frequently Asked Questions
1What is the difference between open sessions and private events?
Public driving sessions (10 minutes) are open to everyone and you can book individual driving slots and drive with others. Private events mean that the track/facilities are booked entirely for the use of your group.
2How far in advance can I book a race?
Open driving sessions (10 minutes) can be booked within three days of your desired time for times that are not yet booked for private events. Private events can be booked months ahead of your desired date. The earlier you book, the better the chances to get your desired time and date. If you are interested in booking an event, please contact our sales team.
3I want to pay with a activity voucher (Smartum, ePassi, Edenred etc). How can I book a slot?
Activity vouchers can only be used for payment on-site, so it is not possible to book a slot using a activity voucher through our online booking system. We only accept bookings by phone on the same day, so you can either call the track at 09-8946100 before coming or come to drive on a first-come, first-served basis. Always check the calendar before coming if you are planning to come without a reservation.
4What equipment is needed for driving?
Our modern electric karts do not emit exhaust fumes, grease, or oil that could dirty your clothes. Therefore it is not required to use protective suits. We provide all mandatory equipment, such as helmets and balaclavas for the duration of your race. We recommend wearing long-sleeved, relaxed leisure clothing for racing. You can also rent driving gloves and shoes on-site if desired.
5Can an adult drive with a child at the same time?
For safety reasons, large and small karts are not allowed on the track at the same time. The minimum height for children's karts is 125cm and you can drive large karts when your height is at least 145cm. We organize separate driving sessions with the smaller karts.
6Is there any maximum height/weight limit?
There is no official maximum limitation for height nor weight. The size can be adjusted with seat inserts. The seat in itself (without seat insert) is XXL. The positions of the seat and pedals can also be adjusted according to your height. The recommended maximum height for the driver is around 200cm and weight is around 130kg.
